Unbabel needed a clear story for their complex and nuanced AI-driven translation solutions reflected in their website. I shifted our team from responsive ad hoc revisions to proactive, collaborative seasonal updates. I brought in an advertising savvy copywriter and worked with the marketers to refine their storytelling.

I recently promoted two junior designers to senior and worked with them to find their visual style within our brand. We had a very senior IC who lived in Europe and leveraged his creative strengths and institutional knowledge while encouraging him to take an active role in mentoring our team. I generated sketches and rewrote headlines. I worked with our PM to track changes and ensure the right people were looped in.

This was a massive undertaking that highlights my ability to deliver top shelf creative, improve creative project management and mentor my team all while crushing business goals and keeping spirits high.
